Online Information Resources
The Bulgarian Council on Refugees and Migrants develops strategic information resources related to the development of capacity, advocacy and maintaining a supportive environment in the field of international protection, migration and integration.
The platform offers access to user-friendly information resources facilitating the work of municipal staff and other stakeholders involved in the process of refugee integration. The web site is developed with the support of experts from state institutions and non-governmental organizations working on refugee or humanitarian status holder integration. The platform contains comprehensive information on the rights and obligations of beneficiaries of international protection, compiled on the basis of the legal regulatory framework and practice.
The Mapping System is a logical supplement to the www.refugee-integration.bg platform and is aimed at the municipalities and all other stakeholders involved in the integration process of persons with refugee or humanitarian status. The Mapping System is an innovative information resource for the creation and maintenance of a supportive environment for the integration of refugees in Bulgaria.
The database is designed to provide to provide a tool for easier access to/ amongst actors in the field of refugee integration (responsible and relevant governmental, regional, municipal, and civil society bodies and structures).
The portal contains information on news and events, publications, databases, coalitions and indicators developed in Bulgaria within the framework of the implementation of the NIEM – National Integration Evaluation Mechanism.
The Academic Portal, dedicated to the forced displacement, an online portal aimed to unite all the achievements on the topic of refugees of the research community in Bulgaria under one roof. This virtual space aims to serve a growing network of researchers exploring various aspects of forced migration and asylum, providing them with up-to-date information on academic projects, publications, research results, newly created programs and courses, student initiatives, and others. The portal is a kind of bridge for dialogue and knowledge transfer between researchers and organizations working on the field with asylum seekers and beneficiaries of international protection in Bulgaria. The Portal of the Working Group on Integration provides a platform for members to exchange information. Moreover, the portal maintains an archive of all documents and minutes of meetings of the Working Group.
