The State Agency for Refugees with the Council of Ministers, the UNHCR Representation in Bulgaria and the Bulgarian Council on Refugees and Migrants organized an Advocacy round table on Reception, Adaptation and Integration of Refugees Reallocated to Bulgaria, which was held on 6 November 2015, 09.15-13.30h at Hilton Hotel, Sofia.
The Advocacy Round table put on the agenda the pressing need to outline the responsibilities and the role of the state institutions, the local authorities and the NGOs in the process of reception, adaptation and integration of reallocated refugees.
Invitations for participation were extended to representatives of the National Council on Migration and Integration, the Ministry of Interior, Ministry of Labour and Social Policy, the Ministry of Health, the Ministry of Education and Science, the Agency for Social Assistance, the Employment Agency, the National Association of Municipalities in Bulgaria, Sofia Municipality, the Bulgarian Red Cross, Caritas, the Council of Refugee Women in Bulgaria, and other stakeholders to support the reception, adaptation and integration of refugees reallocated to Bulgaria.
